Our ‘cafeteria' or coffee shop is open every day.
We have chosen to cater for both the locals and our hotel guests, and as a result we have cosy and welcoming hub that is busy all year round.
Breakfasts, snacks, a wide selection of teas and coffees, 32 varieties of hot chocolate, milkshakes in 18 different flavours and not forgetting our wines and spirits. Every day you can choose a new combination of things to try or simply stick to the old favourites.

Parking at the hotel is free of charge.
We have nine bays, including a designated disabled space near the access ramp.
We find that even during our busiest and most challenging time of the year we all manage to park with out too much commotion.

There is an access ramp which services the terrace, hairdresser, cafeteria and hotel. All public washrooms are ample and the ones in the cafeteria also have support rails.
On the ground floor we have included a double bedded room with private en suite bathroom. Due to its ample size we have equipped the bathroom with support rails and a large shower to be able to offer guests who have a disability a more comfortable stay. Finally our lift accesses all floors.

Laundry, while on holiday, is something else that we can take care of. We can launder either in house or at the dry cleaners.
Please ask reception for prices.

We offer a free of charge WI-FI connection throughout the hotel and cafeteria.

We have bicycles for hire, including a toddler carrier.
Please ask at reception details and availability.

We are able to loan you a selection of films from our DVD library.
There is normally something to suite all tastes, please enquire at reception for availability.

Whether it be a quick massage, a full body wrap or maintenance of body or nails, we are lucky enough to have Almudena, Marta and their team just a few meters from the hotel.
At Acqua we know you will be well looked after. Please ask at reception for their price guide or you can call them direct on 986 351027.
Even closer to home is Eva at Tutto, our on site unisex hairdresser. Everything you would except from a professional and so much more. If for just a quick wash and bow dry after a day at the beach or for that special occasion, she will be more than happy to create that amazing look you want. From hair, to nails, to makeup you can call them direct or we can help you book appointments and we're even available for translating if needed.

Getting to and from the hotel can be arranged with one of our local and trusted drivers.
They guarantee excellent service at a good price. Just let us know where and when and we shall get you a quote.
For larger groups we deal with Galisur (also a local company) and for that extra especial touch ask us about the Limousine.

For car hire the are several companies based in Vigo, in the centre, the train station and the Peinador Airport. If you would like we can help you get in touch with them and get quotes for you.

Boat trips to the local islands or just around the bay are very popular.
You can visit Las Cies either on the public ferry or on a private boat which can be hired out to your specific needs.

We can personally recommend places to dine; here in Sabaris, Baiona and the surrounding area. From ‘tapas' to ‘seafood' to the traditional cooking, there is a place to suit everyone.

We are lucky enough to have a bus stop right outside of the hotel. From here you can travel to all of the surrounding areas or straight into Vigo Station, that then links with several coach companies to the rest of Galicia and Spain.

We are just a few minutes from Ramallosa where you will find a busy shopping centre, and about 25 minutes away from Gran Via shopping centre which will keep you entertained for hours. Both have cafes, restaurants, shops in general, cinemas and the one in Ramallosa also has a nightclub.
Baiona itself has some wonderful boutiques and a very popular place to visit is Valença just over the boarder into Portugal. Here they have a spectacular market every Wednesday and also a visit to the Fortaleza should not be missed.
